SEIB Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, seeks an Equine Administrator in South Ockendon for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle communications and underwriting queries, manage policies, renewals and documentation with precision, and provide exceptional client service.

You will work in a collaborative team, focused on accuracy, compliance and customer care while contributing to the group’s charitable mission.

Responsabilités

• Manage Equine insurance administration including new business, renewals, policy adjustments, and issuing accurate documentation within compliance timescales.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling calls, correspondence, client queries, and referrals promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and financial transactions, ensuring client monies and diaries are kept up to date and compliant with guidelines.
• Support business performance by working towards retention targets and identifying opportunities to promote products and services.
• Maintain professional competence and teamwork through ongoing development and collaboration.

About the role

SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part ofBenefact Group, are looking for an Equine Administrator to join our South Ockendon office.

As an Equine Administrator, you will handle all communications and documentation in an efficient and accurate manner, within company guidelines. An Equine Administrator will also need to be competent in dealing with Underwriting queries.

What you'll be doing

• Manage Equine insurance administration, including new business, renewals, policy adjustments, and issuing accurate documentation within compliance timescales.

• Deliver excellent customer service by handling telephone calls, correspondence, client queries, and referrals promptly, professionally, and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records and financial transactions, ensuring client monies, overdue transactions, diaries, and computer systems are kept up to date and compliant with company guidelines.

• Support business performance by working towards retention targets, identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services, and achieving agreed KPIs and quality standards.

• Maintain professional competence and teamwork through continuous professional development, working with colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.
