Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking an organised Equine Administrator to join Fyrnwy Equine Hospital on a full-time basis. The role supports the day-to-day administration of a busy equine hospital and ambulatory practice.

You will handle billing, invoicing and exceptional customer service, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within a supportive team committed to care and development.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organised and customer-focused
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues

Responsibilities

• Reviewing veterinary charge sheets to ensure work is recorded and billed
• Identify missing or undercharged items prior to invoicing
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Support the billing process for timely invoicing and cash flow
• Answer overflow calls with excellent customer service
• Assist with general administrative duties to support the practice team
• Liaise with clinical staff to resolve billing queries and maintain records
