Job summary

Fyrnwy Equine Group in the UK is seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our two-site, ambulatory equine team. You will work across Baschurch and Wrexham, delivering routine and emergency care for a varied caseload of horses and ponies.

You will develop clinical skills in orthopaedics and dentistry, support client relationships, and contribute to the high standards of care across our integrated equine hospital and ambulatory service.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient and client care.
• Follow cases from initial assessment through diagnosis, treatment and follow-up management.
• Develop orthopaedic and dental interests while expanding ambulatory experience.
