Job summary

The Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited (DSFS) is seeking an EPR Product Support Analyst to deliver configuration of features for the Electronic Patient Record system, align with specifications, and assist with troubleshooting and user queries. The role is primarily onsite, with travel across SFH Trust sites, requiring unsociable hours to support go-live.

The postholder will work with supplier Product Specialists, clinical teams and technical staff to ensure smooth operation,

Qualifications

• Experience configuring EPR or similar systems.
• Experience with configuration standards and application testing including automated testing systems.
• Experience with Nervecentre configuration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure features to specification within the EPR system.
• Assist with configuration, troubleshooting and handling user queries.
• Work onsite with travel across SFH Trust sites and support go-live events.
• Demonstrate the product to stakeholders in groups or one-to-one.
• Support testing activities and maintain accurate documentation.
