Job summary

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited (DSFS) operates for Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The EPR Product Support Analyst will deliver configuration of features to specification within the Electronic Patient Record system, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting and user queries.

The role is primarily onsite with travel across three SFH Trust sites and may require unsociable hours during go-live.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level or equivalent experience in health informatics, IT, or a related discipline.
• Training in EPR systems or healthcare informatics.

Responsibilities

• Configure features to specification within the EPR system and assist with configuration, troubleshooting and user queries.
• Work with supplier Product Specialists, clinical teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth operation of the EPR solution and maintain documentation.
• Demonstrate the product to stakeholders in groups or one-to-one and support testing/QA activities.
