In less than10 months, we will go live with our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system; a transformational change that will improve how we deliver care, communicate across teams, and support our patients and staff every day. To help make this happen, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and approachable individuals to join our growing EPR Change Team as Change Agents.
