In just 10 months, James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) will go live with a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG) programme. Ideally, you'll already know JPUH AND our people, services and culture. You'll understand how change is experienced on the frontline and have the credibility and leadership skills to help our teams embrace one of the most significant digital transformations the Trust has ever undertaken.
This an exciting secondment or fixed term opportunity which will expose you to a huge transformation programme. As the EPR NMAHP for JPUH, you will collaborate with the other NMAHPs on the programme, playing a pivotal leadership role in ensuring our organisation is ready for go-live.
