Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is launching a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme across three trusts. We are seeking enthusiastic Change Agents to help colleagues understand, engage with and adopt the new system.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with people, build relationships and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of change and engagement activities across the Trust.
• Promote understanding and adoption of the new EPR system under guidance of EPR Change Leads.
• Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for staff.
• Help gather feedback and ideas from colleagues and feed into the programme team.
• Support workshops, engagement events and awareness sessions.
• Encourage readiness activities and training participation.
• Identify areas where additional support may be needed.
• Champion positive change and the benefits of EPR across teams and departments.
• Support staff through the transition to the new Electronic Patient Record.
