Job summary

The Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group is implementing a shared Electronic Patient Record across three acute trusts, including James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust.

This Change Agent role supports adoption, readiness, and effective engagement as part of a major digital transformation to improve patient care and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and positive about improving services for patients and staff.
• Ability to engage with a wide range of people and build relationships.
• Confident, approachable and supportive with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Keen to learn and develop new skills and work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of change and engagement activities across the Trust.
• Work under the guidance of the EPR Change Leads to promote understanding and adoption of the new EPR system.
• Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for staff.
• Help gather feedback, concerns and ideas from colleagues and feed these into the programme team.
• Support workshops, engagement events and awareness sessions.
• Encourage colleagues to participate in readiness activities and training.
• Help identify areas where additional support may be needed.
• Champion positive change and the benefits of EPR across teams and departments.
• Support staff throughout the transition to our new Electronic Patient Record.
