Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced LMS professional to join the EPR Training Team and lead the rollout of the Totara LMS across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group. You will support the delivery of EPR training to thousands of staff and coordinate activities with internal teams and the system supplier.

We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).
The Group is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;

• James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
• Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
• The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) professional to join the EPR Training Team and play a central role in the implementation of the new Totara LMS across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).
This is a pivotal role in a high-profile digital transformation programme, where you’ll support the delivery of EPR training to approximately 18,000 substantive staff and an additional 4,000 bank and agency workers across three acute NHS Trusts. You'll lead on the system configuration, data management, audience setup and reporting needed to support a successful rollout. You’ll also manage a small team of LMS Administrators and act as the key liaison with our system supplier during a 14-week implementation window starting in August.
