Job summary

Barron McCann is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover customer sites, delivering high-quality repair, service and installation of IT hardware and EPoS systems. You will travel to client locations, install and maintain equipment, and ensure effective resolution of calls with strong customer focus.

The role requires field-based service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to learn new software quickly. A company car and bonus scheme accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based customer service engineering role.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience and knowledge of maintaining and installing EPoS equipment.
• PC literate and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service and installation of IT hardware/EPoS systems.
• Planned and regular maintenance of on-site equipment.
• Provide support and training to customers as required.
• Deliver exemplary levels of customer service.
