Job summary

Barron McCann Ltd in the Portsmouth region is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service EPoS and IT equipment at customer sites across the area.

You will diagnose, repair, install and maintain equipment while delivering a first-class customer experience, taking ownership of calls and minimising downtime for clients. A full UK driving licence is essential; company vehicle provided, plus training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based engineering role (EPoS, IT, or similar).
• Background in Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure environments preferred.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
