Job summary

Spire Manchester Hospital is seeking a Bank EP/Device Cardiac Physiologist to join the Cath Lab team. The role involves invasive procedures, device management and EP studies, with opportunities to expand knowledge in arrhythmia care within a dynamic hospital environment.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc in Clinical Physiology, Immediate Life Support, IBHRE/BHRS exams (Devices/EP) or are working towards them, and RCCP registration.

Qualifications

• BSc Clinical Physiology (or equivalent).
• Immediate Life Support certification.
• IBHRE/BHRS Exams in Devices and EP or working towards them.
• RCCP registration or working towards registration.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with non-invasive cardiology tests (ECG, Holters).

Responsibilities

• Bring advanced arrhythmia skills to the cath lab with focus on devices and EP procedures.
• Perform device implantation and electrophysiology studies as required.
• Contribute to non-invasive cardiac procedures and support service improvements.
