• Lead and develop CRM/EP and invasive service across departments.
• Manage and motivate Cardiac Physiologists; drive recruitment and service expansion.
• Ensure BHRS/IBHRE accreditation is maintained for self and team.
• Oversee budget, stock, and resource utilization to support delivery.
• Engage in audits, capacity planning, and business case developments.
