Job Description

United Living Property Services is seeking a dedicated E&S Manager to spearhead our environmental & sustainability strategy & initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and leading E&S strategies across our portfolio. This position offers the unique opportunity to significantly impact our corporate E&S objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and making a lasting difference in the property services industry.

As the E&S Manager, you will be required to travel to various sites to carry out audits, so travel is a must in this role. You must also implement any changes recommended from the audits, manage your stakeholders effectively, and build strong relationships.

We ideally want the E&S Manager based out of Swanley but will consider applicants who can work out of one of our other offices, such as Thame, Wolverhampton, and Warrington.
