Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
- Operational knowledge of plant & equipment and ability to drive mobile plant machinery.
- Knowledge of health and safety ideally to an IOSH standard.
- Previous experience within a similar operational manual handling role.
Responsibilities
- Operate plant processing equipment such as mixing tanks, pumps and control room operations.
- Carry out treatment of waste operations.
- Operate site vehicles—forklift trucks, wheeled loading shovel, rigid bulk tanker, and others after training.
- Assist in maintenance of plant and equipment and processes.
- Promote environmental awareness to contractors, visitors and employees.
