Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor

Dartford - 3 days min on site

£40 - £45k DOE + bens

Rare opportunity to join a forward thinking, global business with lots of scope for progression and great benefits as an EHS Advisor. Working within a regulated environment, this role would be ideal for someone with a Pharmaceutical or Food background.

Duties include:

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) matters to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  2. Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to mitigate risks and improve overall safety performance.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and assess existing safety protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address EHS concerns and develop effective solutions.
  5. Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a strong safety culture among employees.
  6. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  7. Stay up to date with relevant EHS regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities and initiatives.
  9. Participate in EHS-related meetings and contribute to the overall EHS strategy.
