I am seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to join my renowned aviation industry client based in Hayes, West London.

As the Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor, you will work within the Quality Team to develop and support the Health & Safety functions of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) for the company.

Role:

Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor

Location:

Hayes, Middlesex

Shift:

Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week

Salary:

Up to £43,075.46

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with all departmental managers to ensure company EHS compliance.
2. Control the completion of Risk Assessments and COSHH (Control of Substances Harmful to Health) Assessments.
3. Report and investigate accidents, including KPI reporting to the Product Division.
4. Audit to ISO 14001 and 45001 standards to maintain approval.
5. Create EHS policies in line with UK law and company requirements.
6. Deliver targets for health & safety implementation and compliance.
7. Develop and introduce a Safety Team from cross-functional areas of the business.
8. Assess new substances, including setting up and maintaining REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization & restriction of Chemicals) requirements.
9. Control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provisions.
