Job summary

Landmark Information Group in Brighton is seeking a seasoned Consulting Lead to lead and grow our Environmental Consulting team. You will drive delivery quality and client relationships while shaping strategy with the Head of Professional Services.

You will inspire a high-performing team, oversee complex projects, and advance environmental services including audits, impact assessments, and regulatory consultation, in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior environmental consultants.
• Oversee delivery of consultancy projects with high quality and reporting standards.
• Drive performance through goal setting, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Support business development and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate across the business to align delivery with strategic objectives.
• Manage resourcing, recruitment, and capacity planning.
