Job summary

Envirogen Group in the UK is seeking an outstanding Managing Director to take full ownership of the UK & Europe region, reporting to the Group CEO. You will lead all commercial, operational, engineering, project delivery and service functions with full P&L accountability, driving ambitious growth and performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires close collaboration with customers and teams, shaping strategy while removing barriers and accelerating scale across the region.

• Proven P&L leadership experience.

As we enter the next phase of growth across the UK and Europe, we are seeking an outstanding Managing Director to take full ownership of the regional business.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead all commercial, operational, engineering, project management and service functions, with full P&L accountability and responsibility for delivering ambitious growth plans.

This is not a boardroom-only role. We're looking for a hands-on business leader who enjoys being close to customers, projects and people; someone who can drive strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to remove barriers, improve performance and accelerate growth.

About You

You are an experienced Managing Director, General Manager or Business Unit Leader with a track record of growing engineering, environmental, industrial or water-sector businesses.

You will bring:
