Environmental Compliance & Reporting Specialist – Bedford (Hybrid) - Up to £45,000 DOE

One of the World's leading consumer brands is looking for an Environmental Compliance & Reporting Specialist to assist with all aspects of environmental reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compile raw data from internal systems, logistics partners, waste and energy providers, ensuring precise conversion into reports in compliance with applicable legislation.
2. Prepare Packaging, WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and battery reports for all locations selling into the UK.
3. Document site energy usage and procurement data during tender processes.
4. Generate reports for Government schemes such as ESOS (Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme) and SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting) for all sites and transport fleets.
5. Maintain meticulous and organised records for inspection during ISO 14001 environmental audits.
6. Coordinate with WEEE and battery waste providers for the safe removal of end-of-life products from the site and ensure the receipt of requisite certification.
7. Coordinate with waste disposal providers for the safe removal of waste from the site and ensure the receipt of requisite certification.
8. Complete environmental questionnaires for tenders businesses are bidding for.
