Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Clearance and Cleaning Operative to support our Repairs and Maintenance Division across the North West region. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel within the Northwest and occasional meetings at our Birchwood Head Office in Warrington.

The successful candidate will carry out clearance, cleaning and light gardening tasks, with emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service, working safely and collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

• Have a full UK Driving License (ideally no more than 6 points)
• Experience delivering services in a customer-focused environment
• Be resilient, flexible and enthusiastic
• Knowledge of Environmental Cleaning sectors and best practice

Responsibilities

• Undertake property clearance and Empty Homes cleaning work
• Undertake training to complete Full Environmental Clearance works and needle sweeps
• Low maintenance gardening tasks
• Support a customer-focused service with a positive attitude
• Attend meetings and training at Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington as required
• Collaborate with the Repairs and Maintenance team to deliver quality service
