Flourish in the West Midlands is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development. The role offers a base salary of £30,000-£35,000 with an uncapped OTE of £35,000-£45,000, and requires a full UK driving licence.

Training is provided to accelerate your growth in shipping and logistics sales. Ideal candidates are confident, ambitious, and eager to engage with clients face-to-face.

Qualifications

• Confident, personable and professional communicator.
• Motivated by targets, incentives and progression.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Experience working towards KPIs or targets (sales or non-sales backgrounds considered).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Proactive and resilient mindset with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Account Executive to join a growing company within the shipping and logistics sector.

This is a full sales-cycle role where you’ll have real ownership of your pipeline—from prospecting through to closing and account development.

Key Responsibilities
