Job summary

Little London Academy is seeking a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. You will work under the direction of teaching staff to provide classroom support, promote pupil engagement, and contribute to pupils' wellbeing and development.

Role involves assisting with learning environments, pupil welfare, and behaviour management to create positive learning experiences for all children.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic ICT skills and confidence using everyday technology.
• Experience of working with or caring for children of a relevant age.
• Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and supporting pupils' individual needs.
