Qualifications

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment, or sales is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
• Booking appointments for senior sales team members.
• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Following up on quotations and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Re-engaging dormant accounts and supporting customer retention.
• Maintaining an organised sales pipeline with clear next steps.
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
