Flourish is partnering with a growing client in Andover to recruit an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR). You’ll generate new business opportunities, reach out to prospects, and help drive growth while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

The role offers an uncapped commission plan, realistic first-year OTE of £36,000-£44,000, and a clear pathway into senior sales roles. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Andover with a supportive team environment.
