Our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing Company based in the centre of Birmingham. They currently have full-time equivalent, immediate starts available. They represent some of the most well-known brands in the country, and with current expansion, they are looking to develop their team of customer service and sales advisors. They find that people with backgrounds in bar work, hospitality, restaurants, and hotel environments possess the customer service and sales skills they seek.

If you have a great attitude and exceptional customer service skills from previous bar or hospitality roles, and are looking for a career in sales, customer service, and marketing, this is the opportunity for you. Full client and product coaching will be provided, along with access to support and mentoring networks within face-to-face campaigns. No prior experience is necessary.

People who have been successful in this self-employed, commission-only, role with incentives have previously worked as hotel receptionists, waiters or waitresses, Duty Managers, Bar Staff, Team Leaders, Hospitality, Events Managers, Catering Assistants, Customer Service Managers, or Bar Managers. These skills are developed through experience in dealing with people and effective communication in the bar, restaurant, hotel, and hospitality industries.

Roles are based in Central Birmingham.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) due to availability constraints. We are seeking candidates who can work 5 full days per week.
