Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an entry-level Documentation Specialist to support our QA team in Bangor. You will review engineering test files for regulatory compliance, assemble certification documents, and proofread while researching related details.

The role requires a bachelor’s in English or related discipline and 2+ years in an administrative or legal field, with proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Law or a closely related discipline.
• 2+ years of equivalent experience may be considered; Certification, formal training, or experience may be evaluated in lieu of educational requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Must communicate clearly with team and clients; English proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering test files for regulatory compliance and compile certification documents.
• Proofread and conduct related research to support QA team.
• Obtain and review engineering documentation via relevant systems.
• Maintain knowledge of submission requirements for each jurisdiction.
• Assist with issue tracking and generate draft certifications using templates.
