Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks a Documentation Specialist for our Bangor, North Wales office. The role supports the QA team by reviewing engineering test files for regulatory compliance, compiling certification documents, and proofreading.

You will obtain and review documents, ensuring accuracy and jurisdictional compliance across submissions. This entry-level position emphasizes documentation accuracy, research, and cross-team collaboration within a global gaming testing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Law or a closely related discipline.
• 2+ years of administrative or legal experience may be considered.
• Certification, formal training, or experience may be evaluated in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering test files for regulatory compliance.
• Compile certification documents and proofreading.
• Conduct related research to support QA and certification processes.
• Maintain understanding of certification compilation and research process for required information.
• Review engineering documentation and verify required notations.
• Obtain and review engineering documentation via relevant systems.
• Maintain knowledge of jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues using manufacturer documentation and prior submissions.
• Use Protrack and other systems to process QA issue reports.
• Generate draft certifications using report templates.
• Finalize certifications and upload final reports for archival.
