Job summary

Spinergie in London is hiring an Associate Client Success Manager (CSM) for the London office. This entry-level role lets you own real client relationships from day one and learn the ropes while working with senior CSMs and the Head of Client Success.

You will onboard clients, deliver trainings, support renewals, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires travel across Europe and the Middle East, fluent English, and a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position (0 to 2 years of experience) — no prior Client Success or maritime experience required.
• Strong willingness to learn about offshore and maritime industry and grow with the role.
• Prior exposure to a client-facing role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and manage a portfolio.
• Lead onboarding sessions and align goals, success metrics, and use cases.
• Deliver trainings and resolve inquiries with support from analysts and senior CSMs.
• Support renewal processes and help meet churn targets with guidance from senior CSMs.
• Identify growth opportunities and flag upsell within your book of business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing to share insights.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate when needed.
• Learn and grow within CS to progress to broader portfolios.
