Job summary

International Medical Group in the UK is seeking a Case Administrator to be the first point of contact for members, providers and partners seeking medical or travel assistance. The role offers hybrid or fully remote working options and a clear entry path into Case Coordination.

You will handle inbound calls, collect case details, document actions, verify eligibility, and support Case Managers with documentation and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 1 year in a busy contact centre or customer service.
• Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach to a diverse, global caller base.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data capture.
• Confident using multiple systems while handling live calls.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls from members, providers, hospitals and partners.
• Follow scripted intake questions and prompts.
• Route calls to Medical, Assistance, Transport or Pre-certification teams.
• Collect member details, location, symptoms, admission or travel details.
• Create and maintain accurate case records in the case management system.
• Assist with eligibility verification and manage the 24/7 inbox.
• Contact GPs to obtain past medical history when needed.
• Escalate urgent or high-risk calls following protocols.
