Role requires multilingual ability (beneficial) and a passion for helping others. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote following training, plus opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with travellers.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Second language is beneficial but not required.

Aufgaben

• Take calls from travellers during emergencies and assist with issues (lost baggage, medical emergencies).
• Provide a great experience for travellers, families, or providers on every interaction.
• Use critical thinking to offer tailored advice for real-world problems.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance while staying calm and empathetic on calls.
• Locate nearest suitable doctor, ER, clinic, dentist, telehealth, security specialist or allied health professional as needed.
• Facilitate payment and guarantee of facility and vendor bills.
• Help travellers understand the services Zurich Cover-More offers.
