What You’ll Be Doing

Building Customer Relationships

• Speak with new and existing business customers
• Learn about how they currently ship goods and where improvements can be made
• Provide helpful, friendly support and maintain regular contact

Learning & Development

• Take part in a structured 12‑month training programme
• Gain hands‑on experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service
• Learn through a mix of classroom training, shadowing experienced colleagues, and on‑the‑job coaching

Supporting Customer Accounts

• Help onboard new clients and guide them through the process
• Assist with pricing, billing queries, and general account support
• Work closely with your team to solve problems and deliver a great service
