Responsibilities

• Answer the helpdesk phone line and ticketing system.
• Answer general queries and investigate issues.
• Ensure queries are responded to within timeframes.
• Log bugs and communicate them to development for resolution.
• Basic account management including licenses and settings.
• Assist with launching new clients.
• Coordinate with third-party partners on API integrations.
• SQL knowledge is a bonus and welcomed.
