Ethos Education is seeking a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Ealing, starting in November after the October half-term.

You will assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy, work with children individually and in small groups, and collaborate with the class teacher to tailor activities for diverse learners. EYFS knowledge and a DBS check are preferred.

Formación

• Experience supporting phonics and early literacy.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Experience in nursery or Reception settings would be beneficial.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.

Responsabilidades

• Support phonics, early literacy and numeracy.
• Support children individually and in small groups.
• Work closely with the class teacher to adapt activities for learning needs.
