Job summary
Darlington Borough Council is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Dolphin Centre Entertainment Team in Tees Valley. You will help deliver a friendly, memorable experience across bowling, adventure golf and other activities, handling bookings, payments and customer inquiries with a focus on safety and presentation.
The role requires 18+ candidates, evening/weekend availability, and offers part-time contracts (6–16 hours per week) with extensive benefits.

Responsibilities
- Taking bookings in person, over the telephone and through our booking systems.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Processing payments and monitoring online bookings.
- Serving food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
- Ensuring activity areas are clean, safe and well-presented.
- Troubleshooting minor issues with bowling lanes, golf equipment and other activities.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our entertainment facilities.
