• Proven experience leading an enterprise PMO or TMO with broad portfolio scope.
• Strong governance, assurance and controls across large change programmes.
• Ability to influence senior executives and facilitate tough decisions.
• Experience connecting investment and delivery to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Transformation Management Office across planning, governance, delivery excellence and value realisation.
• Create a single trusted view of change: investment, capacity, dependencies, delivery health and value.
• Prioritise portfolio and guide executive investment, sequencing and capacity decisions.
• Lead the Change Delivery Framework, ensuring governance and controls are practical and proportionate.
• Provide independent assurance, flag risks early and enable timely corrective action.
• Set delivery standards, methods and data expectations; build change capability.
• Measure and communicate value from case for change to post-implementation review.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing TMO trusted by sponsors, business owners and delivery teams.
