Job summary

Lloyd’s in London is recruiting for a Transformation Management Office Lead to shape how change happens across the enterprise. You’ll give senior leaders a clear view of the change portfolio and help prioritise investment and sequencing across business and technology.

You’ll lead the TMO across portfolio planning, governance and value realisation, set delivery standards and build capability across the change community.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading an enterprise PMO, EPMO, or TMO.
• Proven ability to govern complex business and tech portfolios.
• Skilled in advising executives and facilitating tough decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Transformation Management Office across portfolio planning, governance and assurance.
• Shape and prioritise the portfolio to inform senior investment and sequencing choices.
• Lead the Change Delivery Framework with governance improvements and practical controls.
• Provide independent assurance and early risk identification for timely action.
• Set clear standards, methods and data expectations; build change capability.
• Strengthen how value is defined, measured and realised across initiatives.
• Translate complex portfolio data into concise, forward-looking executive insights.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing TMO trusted by sponsors and delivery teams.
