Job summary

Lloyd’s is recruiting for a Transformation Management Office Lead to shape how change happens across the organisation. You’ll lead and develop the TMO, delivering portfolio planning, governance and assurance, delivery excellence and value realisation across complex change initiatives.

You’ll provide independent assurance, establish delivery standards, and build capability across the change community, aligning investment with measurable outcomes and value for senior leadership and the broader

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise PMO, EPMO or TMO.
• Ability to shape governance, assurance, risk and controls.
• Proven track record linking investment and delivery to measurable value.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with complex problem solving.
