Job summary

Verkada is expanding its technical support team in London, seeking engineers to support enterprise customers with the full Verkada platform. You will troubleshoot across network, hardware, software, and power systems, guiding customers on best practices and configurations.

Join a team bridging customers, Engineering, and Product. You will resolve issues end-to-end, write knowledge base articles, and contribute to scalable processes while staying current with product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Networking, IT, CS, CE or Cybersecurity).
• 1+ years of professional or internship experience in technical support engineering or IT.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, 802.11, firewalls, Ethernet/Cabling, PoE.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-to-end on the Verkada platform across network, hardware, software and electrical aspects.
• Provide best practice design, installation, and configuration guidance to enterprise customers.
• Communicate technical matters clearly in writing and verbally to customers.
• Own customer issues from creation to resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs.
• Create technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers.
• Stay up to date with latest products and industry technologies.
• Build scalable tools and processes.
