Job summary

Verkada is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to manage the London office and support select US East Coast sites. You will operate as the primary AV resource, ensuring room health, performing installations, and delivering white-glove support for executive meetings.

This role requires on-site presence in London five days a week, with travel to international locations for projects. Strong independence, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate Audio Visual experience with hands-on installation.
• Experience building racks, dressing cables, and mounting devices.
• Ability to read and interpret AV drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary AV support for Europe and US East Coast, monitoring room health and troubleshooting systems.
• Provide white-glove AV support for executive meetings in Europe and US regions.
• Install on medium/large office buildouts with rack fabrication and cabling.
• Document builds with as-builts and room records for handoff to operations.
• Assist with system commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades across deployed fleet.
• Conduct daily room sweeps to confirm conference room health each morning.
• Coordinate with vendors and Workplace Team on projects and daily ops.
