Neat is building out its Business Systems team to transform how we sell, bill, and support customers, driving a shift toward software-engineering practices. You will own architecture choices across Salesforce, NetSuite, and integrated ecosystems, delivering end-to-end solutions with security and production readiness in mind.

Your initial focus includes a greenfield quoting agent and the Pulse platform's entitlement engine, working closely with product peers to translate business requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience with enterprise architectures like Salesforce or NetSuite.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, and security design patterns.
• Ability to audit AI-generated code for performance and edge cases before deployment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience bridging low‑code platforms with traditional software engineering.

Responsabilités

• Architect and deliver production-grade code across Apex, LWC, SuiteScript, and middleware.
• Engineer robust automation pipelines and resilient API integrations.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into iterative system enhancements and roadmaps.
• Enforce technical standards, security guardrails, and production readiness.
• Maintain architecture documentation for long-term maintainability and transfer of knowledge.
• Own complex subscription and entitlement engines with high-stakes logic.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to align tech with business needs.
