Job summary

Toast is expanding internationally and seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to support mid-market and enterprise growth in London with hybrid work and travel to customer sites.

You will assist Sales in presenting Toast solutions, become a product expert, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement to demonstrate value to buyers. The role requires collaboration, travel, and a customer-first mindset in a hospitality context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality or restaurant tech.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and marketing.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Knowledge of cloud POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales teams in presenting the Toast product and platform to prospects.
• Become a subject matter expert on Toast products and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to provide training and product expertise.
• Communicate gaps to product teams to drive investments.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and be Toast brand ambassador.
