Job summary

Toast is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer in London to support international growth into mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will work in a hybrid, London-based role with some travel to customer sites as needed.

You will assist Sales teams in presenting Toast products, become a subject matter expert on Toast solutions, and collaborate with product, sales enablement, and marketing to close deals and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a closing or closing-support role within the Restaurant/Hospitality segment.
• Strong understanding of APIs (coding skills not required).
• Executive-level presentation skills and clear communication.
• Experience with cloud POS systems in hospitality/restaurant sectors; multi-location brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales teams in presenting the Toast product and platform to prospects and demonstrate value for each buying persona.
• Become a subject matter expert on Toast products and roadmap.
• Provide training and product expertise with Sales Enablement regionally.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure delivery meets expectations during the sales process.
