Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformative SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models embedding SEO and GEO into the broader digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting
• Experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive roadmaps
• Ability to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders at Director/VP level

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory, discovery and roadmapping engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity
• Translate insights into phased multi-quarter roadmaps with priorities and milestones
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models for cross-functional adoption
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and drive value realization
• Identify risks and provide course corrections as priorities evolve
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure strategic continuity throughout the customer lifecycle
