Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing and executing transformational SEO and GEO strategies. You will lead discovery, develop multi‑quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models that embed SEO and GEO into broader digital marketing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into executive‑level roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic alignment at Director/VP level.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder‑management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity and operating models.
• Translate findings into phased, multi‑quarter roadmaps with clear priorities and milestones.
• Design scalable SEO and GEO governance frameworks and operating models.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and define outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strategic continuity across the customer lifecycle.
