Semrush Consulting Services seeks a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, driving transformational SEO and GEO strategies. You will lead discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and guide scalable operating models embedding SEO and GEO into broader digital ecosystems.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, delivering executive-level recommendations and aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting, change management, or related roles in SaaS/MarTech.
• Proven leadership of structured discovery engagements and executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance, and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to enterprise customers with structured discovery and executive-ready recommendations.
• Lead phased SEO and GEO roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Design scalable governance and operating models for long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead executive workshops and align stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.
