Semrush Consulting Services is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. You will design and execute transformational SEO and GEO strategies, lead structured discovery, and translate insights into multi-quarter roadmaps that embed SEO and GEO into the client’s digital marketing ecosystem.

Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you will ensure strategic alignment, accelerate value, and guide adoption of scalable operating

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO and GEO consulting.
• Experience leading structured discovery and executive roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and governance.
• Proven stakeholder management at director/VP level.
• Familiarity with SaaS/MarTech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory, discovery and roadmapping for enterprise clients.
• Translate insights into phased SEO and GEO roadmaps with clear milestones.
• Design governance frameworks and operating models for long-term adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and manage risk in programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product to drive growth.
