Job summary

Semrush Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to partner with enterprise customers, designing transformational SEO and GEO strategies and multi-quarter roadmaps.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to embed SEO/GEO into broad digital ecosystems and drive measurable outcomes. You'll lead discovery, governance design, and executive facilitation, shaping scalable operating models and cross-functional workflows across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.

Qualifications

• Experience advising enterprise customers and translating insights into executive-ready roadmaps.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
• Proven success in leading structured discovery, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for executive briefings and workshops.
• Experience with SEO/GEO strategy and digital marketing program alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO/GEO maturity and workflows.
• Translate findings into phased multi-quarter roadmaps with priorities and metrics.
• Design scalable governance and operating models across marketing, product, and engineering.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings to align stakeholders and drive value.
• Partner with sales, success, and product to ensure strategic continuity throughout the lifecycle.
