Job summary

UST is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth and market expansion within their Asset & Wealth Management Practice in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT consulting sales, particularly in managing complex, high-value transformation projects. You will build and nurture C-suite relationships, lead proposal efforts, and contribute to UST's position as a trusted partner. Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in IT services/consulting sales within Asset or Wealth Management.
• Proven success selling complex multi-layered transformations.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI pursuits and deal closure.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs and CTOs.
